Pause is a destination Restaurant for lovers of fine food, nestled in the Main Street of Samford Village, 25 minutes from the Brisbane Central Business District. Their European trained Chefs craft "Slow Food" using much ingredient from local farms and suppliers. Flavours are driven by simple quality produce and classic stocks and sauces in the Italian tradition, yet unashamedly Modern Australian and bound to delight.
