Established in 1947 By John Hudak. Hudak's is now owned by 3rd generation family members Michael & Melissa Hudak. Hudak's Bakery has evolved to encompass two unique locations in the North West Victorian region of Sunraysia. Hudak\u2019s 15th St (opposite Mildura Central) & Hudak\u2019s Kiosk located in Mildura Central (outside the Telstra Shop) In September 2017, our flagships Store located on the corner of 8th st & Langtree Mall (Mildura CBD) was sold. Whilst you can still enjoy a number of Hudak's treats there the new owners have also extended the menu. To this date, Hudak's Bakery maintain a delightfully stylish blend of old fashioned recipes and decor with modern day techniques and facilities, and is proudly Home of Australia's BEST VANILLA SLICE!
